Every host on our platform is carefully reviewed to ensure riders receive a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience, whether they are attending a training camp, leasing a competition horse, or traveling with their own horse.
Safety First
The welfare of both horses and riders is non-negotiable.
All hosts are expected to:
Maintain safe riding facilities and equipment
Follow appropriate horse welfare standards
Provide horses that are fit, healthy, and suitable for their advertised purpose
Maintain appropriate insurance where required by local regulations
Operate in compliance with applicable animal welfare and safety standards
Honest Listings
Riders should know exactly what to expect before booking.
Hosts must:
Provide accurate descriptions, photos, and videos
Clearly state rider requirements and experience levels
Accurately represent horse temperament, training level, and competition experience
Clearly communicate what is and is not included in the booking price
Professional Communication
Great experiences start with clear communication.
Hosts are expected to:

Quality Facilities
While facilities vary across Europe, all hosts must provide:

Horse Matching
Successful experiences depend on matching the right rider with the right horse.
Hosts should:
Carefully assess rider experience before confirming bookings
Recommend suitable horses based on ability and goals
Prioritize safety and rider confidence over commercial considerations
Be transparent if a rider may not be suitable for a particular horse or experience
Competition Lease Standards
Hosts offering Competition Lease experiences must:
Provide horses capable of competing at the advertised level
Ensure horses are competition-ready and fit for travel
Clearly communicate any competition eligibility requirements
Provide support throughout the event, including horse care and logistical coordination
Respect & Sportsmanship

Hosts who consistently deliver outstanding experiences receive greater visibility on the platform, while hosts who fail to meet Equelle standards may be suspended or removed.
